Our Story
We Began With: an International Student Helping International Students
Our philosophy as a company is to not only help our clients get jobs, but to make them feel like they are in control of their own destinies!
Our founder, Wole started the company with one goal: give international students the tools and mentorship he never received.

As a college student in the U.S., Wole faced and overcame the various challenges of securing internships that not only qualified for the Curricular Practical Training (CPT) designation required for international students, but also set him up for H-1B visa sponsoring jobs upon graduation.

Despite graduating with a 3.9 GPA, three majors, four internships, and a great network, it took only a year for Wole to realize that non-international students with a similar resume mostly all had significantly better jobs and opportunities.

After going to graduate school as a "reset", and graduating with straight As, it became clear to Wole that there was a fine and specific art to finding jobs that appropriately rewarded international students for their skills.

Most of all, Wole realized that the path to success for international students needs to begin as early as possible. Every decision international students make about their school, major, resume, and brand is amplified by the extremely competitive environment of today's job market... and that word that haunts so many: visa.
